You’re booked. Wazza can have the floor all to himself.

Some logistics for next week:
I’m heading to the IOW on Thursday evening. I’m planning to leave Surbiton around 1830. So, for those who want me to take anything down there, please drop kit with me between 1800 and 1830 that evening. Or please drop round on Wednesday evening from 2000 onwards - otherwise let me know when you can and will see if can accommodate.
For those staying at my place, you’ll need: Sleeping bag, towel and any clothes etc you want to have there. Other items that might be needed: Garmin charger, phone charger, swimmers (I’m sure Wozza will be going in!). The walls are thin and four of you are sharing one room, so might want earplugs to stop snorers from disturbing you. Wozza - you’ll need a sleeping mat as well.
For those not staying with me, very happy to take a small bag down - please drop off with me - and then you can pick up on Saturday from the house when we arrive.

Table booked for 1830 for 10 people at the Crab & Lobster (approx 2 min walk) on Saturday evening. We can change this as needed. Suspect we might have found our way there before then....

Who is doing just Brighton and back - either riding back or back by train? I will be doing one of these options... C

If rain does not show Barry, Ken, Davide and myself will be doing Brighton-Portsmount and back on the same day.
In case of rain I might consider cut it short and back from Brighton.

Hi All,

Please note 5:30AM start on Saturday from the usual place

This is the proposed route from Shoreham to Portsmouth. https://connect.garmin.com/modern/course/24317048

Wazza - has the proposed Portsmouth to Home route for those doing it (to be posted shortly).

If someone has the route down to Brighton could they put it here please. I only have the there and back routes which are hard to split.

Thanks

Mark

So the London-LaPalma team, ie, myself Ken and Davide, will be joining in the Berrylands to Brighton route and group breakfast, and then heading to West Wittering for a carb loaded lunch provided by Vicky and my in-laws before heading home. Fran and Stu are also joining us for the day. Unfortunately I do not think I can turn up for lunch with any more people than this so apologies to anyone that might feel excluded.
Our route to Wittering will be more coastal than the Brighton to Portsmouth route posted above so it looks as though we’ll part company with the main group soon after breakfast.
Look forward to catching up on Saturday morning, it’s been a while.

Not sure how useful this is and I have no time to sort anything in more detail but here is the full Strava route to Brighton and back from 2015:

And for Fran, Stu, Davide, Ken, here is the route from West Wittering to home, ie, part 3 of our proposed route on Saturday:
