Non-Standard Mud Ride Sometime?

The place to announce the standard club ride. This will usally be early on a Saturday morning on road bikes and will be around 35 miles or so. There will often be a hill or two.

Might be up for this. Only have hard tail and probably need to put some lube on the chain...

I'm sure we can muster half a dozen full-suspension mountain bikes, so as long as I know how many need/want one we can accommodate. Chris

In conversation with MTB mates last night we rather thought Surrey Hills would be a good venue to try maybe Van Gogh's Missing Ear, Barry Knows Best, Secret Santa, 3 Amigos, Ricin Beans, Yoghurt Pots, Curly Wurly and Telegraphs Row etc...so...
7am meet at the usual place - cars required most probably from others too - I can take 2 others and 4 bikes total (I'll have 2). Final car arrangements TBC.
8am at a Surrey Hills venue (tbc). Ride until about 10.30-11am. Including tea and cheese straws at the famous Peaslake store.
Back for 11.30-midday.
Sound OK?
Chris

May be a little tight on time for me given off to Twickenham for 3pm

Have a friend staying that would like to drag out so maybe I will drive out with him, do some riding with you if can or roundabout then come back for rugby?

Anybody have a hardtail I can borrow?

DaveB - I'm sure we can figure out a circular or figure of 8 route to accommodate. Let's see final numbers to see how bikes/cars best apportion.
