sun 21st july

Famous five go to Windsor, but not by train and no pets either

Paul, Sir David, Gareth, Nick and myself went out for a leisurely spin to Windsor and back. headwind all the way out but arrived early enough for a two rounds of coffee stop and mandatory cake, most excellent.

As always no idea of speed or time just we got there and back safely and the way home was very comfortable with a tailwind and a couple of extras joining us and doing some turns on the front.

Home early enough that no complaints from the family, all in all a top mornings exercise and company

Really enjoyed it this morning - and it was a blast. Averaging over 30kmh and that’s after slowing down on the way back. Mike-single-speed-human-Dynamo generally setting the tempo. Roads very quiet too which was a bonus.
Thanks for organising
See you next week
David

Sir John

You will be pleased to hear I never changed gear once from door to door.
