I wish, but bike tours in March and September precludes another one in between. Chris

Re: Sat 9th march

Sorry - can't make it, damn. Off for another birthday outing (how many more I hear you cry!). Please antagonise David with loads of Agaricus bisporus in my absence. C

Re: Sat 2nd March Eggs and Punctures

Thanks to all for coming along, and particularly to Stu for leading, enjoyed it greatly. Sorry for punctures, slow knee/legs, and jetlag. A baptism of fire with all those hills and a first-return to riding. Thanks for all the birthday greetings, and good to see everyone for breakfast - riders and so...

2nd March - Stu's ride

Re: Saturday 16th February 2019

Whilst Gareth was out I was having a lovely ride with his wife... she's rather good, and goes on and on relentlessly.
40 miles out to Shere and the Dabbling Duck, Shaggers and Combe inbetween. Knee held up and feeling shagged tonight. Great ride.

Re: Saturday 9th February 2018

I'm in gentle pain already! If the knee is back to an 80% level and if it hits 90% by then, I may well come along to test things out, and drop off if it holds the professional peloton tempo back.

2nd March..

Breakfast round at mine. Stuart is leading the ride, and will piggy-back on his timing and routing. I'm not sure on my presence on the ride as it will depend on my knee fracture healing process, but hope to. I'm away celebrating the weekend before, and as people know its a significant b'day so all w...
